Ingredients

can crushed pineapple – set the juice aside in reserve
1
pkg small marshmallows
2
pkg of pimento cream cheese or 1 pkg pimento and 1 pkg cream cheese
4-5 oz each

Mayo
I prefer olive oil mayo
½
pt
whipping cream
Dream Whip (2 Cups Cool Whip Topping is another option)
Instructions
Drain the juice from the crushed pineapple into a pot.
Add marshmallows and melt in pineapple juice.
Add pimento and cream cheese.
Stir until dissolved and smooth.
Add crushed pineapple and mayo.
Mix well.
Fold Cool Whip into mixture.
Pour into pan
Put in refrigerator for a couple of hours.
