Ingredients
1
cube melted butter
4-6
shredded potatoes
2
Cups
cream of chicken soup
2
Cups
sour cream
2
Cups
grated cheese
1/3
C
chopped green onion
cubed ham
3-5 slices
salt
pepper
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Spray baking dish with non-stick spray
Measure amount of shredded potatoes you need into baking dish
Make gluten free cream of chicken soup
Chop onions
Cube ham
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl including: 1 cup of cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper
Pour into baking dish
Sprinkle cheese on top
Cover with tin foil
Bake for 40 minutes or until warmed all the way through
