Light and can substitute other fruits in place of the pineapple. Some of our other favorites are: peaches and pears.

  • Small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 can crushed pineapple drained

Instructions
 

  • Mix cottage cheese and drained, crushed pineapple together. Keep leftovers refrigerated.
